Gathering the Harvest: Wellness-Stillness Retreat

Join the retreat center’s culinary staff during the harvest for three days of farm-to-table wellness and renewal. Spend time in silent, contemplative harvesting on the retreat center’s farm, taking mindful walks along the Housatonic River, and gathering for simple, healthy meals around a common table. This retreat will focus on the mind-body connection and how to improve our spiritual well-being through eating seasonal produce, outdoor activities, joy, and prayer.
Led by by Julia Lazar, head chef at Trinity Retreat Center, Laura Alexander, farm manager at Trinity Retreat Center, and the Rev. Dr. Mark Francisco Bozzuti-Jones, director of spiritual formation at Trinity Retreat Center.
ROOM RATES AND OPTIONS:
Single room (Twin bed) with private bath: $320
Double room (Twin beds) with private bath: $220 per person/$440 total
ADA Compliant and Triple rooms may be available upon request.
All meals are included.
There are limited king beds available for a $100 surcharge.
