Poetry, Conflict and Reconciliation, with Pádraig Ó Tuama
With Pádraig Ó Tuama
March 24 - 26, 2023
People often turn to poems during times of joy or sorrow: births, deaths, celebrations, the start and end of things. Poetry, however, also explores the vast middle of human experiences: tensions, difficulties, arguments, realignments, divisions, polarisations. Join Pádraig Ó Tuama for a retreat exploring poems that speak to the human experience of conflict, as well as the art of living well in times of tension. Whether you write poetry, or you like reading it (or would like to start enjoy reading it) this retreat will meet you with community, conversation, language and reflection.
