Pádraig Ó Tuama

Pádraig Ó Tuama is a poet and conflict mediator. He is the host of On Being’s Poetry Unbound — a podcast that has gained over 10 million downloads since its start in 2020 — and also the author of Poetry Unbound; 50 Poems to Open Your Life. Profiled by The New Yorker, published in The Harvard Review, The New England Review, Poetry Ireland and many others, as well as poet-in-residence for Columbia University’s International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution, he brings insight both as an artist and a practitioner to peacemaking field. From 2014-2019 he was the leader of Corrymeela, Ireland’s oldest reconciliation community. His most recent collection is Feed the Beast (Broken Sleep Books, 2023).
