Jesus tells his disciples to “give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap; for the measure you give will be the measure you get back” (Luke 6:38). Generosity and community live at the heart of stewardship. Practices of mutual care—for one another, near and far, and for creation—abound in diverse cultures. In this retreat, participants will join renowned Irish poet and theologian Pádraig Ó Tuama, explore those practices in order to broaden our understanding of this fundamental core value of Trinity Church Wall Street. Discover and deepen ways that the practice of stewardship can enrich our families and communities.

This retreat is suitable for adults and for young people who are capable of participating in adult conversations and activities.
