Textile Arts as a Spiritual Practice
With Mary Davenport
February 24 - 26, 2023
In this retreat, we’ll use textile creation as an entry point into reflection on spirituality and stewardship. Bring your favorite fiber art project or explore a new skill. Learn about the history of textiles and about the modern global garment industry, explore fiber arts as a spiritual practice, join a community of makers, and connect with your creative and crafty side. Open to participants of all experience levels—whether you’re a seasoned knitter or an absolute newbie, there’ll be something to learn.
